Conventional Septic System Design Located Near Limestone Ledges | Frederick County, VA

A final well and conventional septic system construction inspection was recently completed in Frederick County near Winchester, Virginia. The primary and 100% reserve drainfield was designed for a five bedroom house. It wasn't easy locating a conventional system outside of limestone ledges. The primary and reserve drainfield met all vertical setbacks to impervious stratum and horizontal setbacks including ledges and water supplies.

As required by Virginia Department of Health, an Onsite Soil Evaluator (OSE) Report and As-Built Drawing will be documented and submitted to the State for issuance of an Operation's Permit. The pictures show the installed drainfield lines and surge/distribution boxes.
