This onsite consultation will include walking the site with the client to review the possibility of obtaining a sewage disposal system and water well for a lot or subdivision. Research of the property will be completed prior to the site meeting and will include any previous permits that are available, a topographic map of the property and a soils map. Based on these items a professional opinion can be given concerning a perc site(s).
Proposed road construction, swimming pool locations, barns, drainage structures, garages and any future plans for the property can be discussed. A written summary of the site visit will be provided.
