Madison County Feasibility Study
This onsite consultation in Madison, Virginia included walking the Ag land to review the possibility of obtaining a sewage disposal system and water well construction permit. Research of the property was completed prior to the site meeting and included reviewing existing health department records, county records, and soils mapping. In addition to these items a visit to the property was made to review the site characteristics and soils with an auger. A findings letter was provided to the purchaser to aid them in their decision for the real estate transfer.
