Frederick County, Virginia Septic System Layout and Preliminary Design

Our Alternative Onsite Soil Evaluator (AOSE) located and completed a preliminary design for a new drainfield site in Clearbrook, Virginia. This Frederick County lot division meets Virginia Department of Health (VDH) requirements for a shallow placed alternative trench 4 bedroom septic system. The system was located on a convex sloping ridge. Soils in surrounding locations had shallow rock and a high water table. The area staked was large enough to include the 100% reserve area. Based on the client’s house location, this site is suitable for gravity sewage effluent distribution to the alternative trench system.
